-If you choose to cancel your stay with us, more than 2 weeks in advance, we will be happy to refund your advance payment, less a $30 service charge per room.
-Within two weeks, and up to 48 hours before your arrival date, we will refund the advance payment if we are able to re-rent the room for the same rate. If so, only a $30 service charge per room will apply.
-If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date, you will lose your advance payment.
-For holiday weekends, the entire fall foliage period, or when you or your party reserve more than one room, we will refund your advance payment, less a $30 service charge per room, provided that you give more than 30 days' notice. Within 30 days and up to 48 hours before your arrival date, we will refund the advance payment if we are able to re-rent the room for the same rate, however, a $30 service charge per room will apply. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date, you will lose your advance payment and be charged for the entire stay.
-There is a 30-day cancellation policy in effect for reservations between 12/24 & 1/1 and reservations for Wassail weekend and Dartmouth Graduation weekend. You will lose your advanced payment for these periods if canceled within 30 days.
-Early departures and No Shows are regarded as cancellations.
-Reservations made through Booking.com are paid in full upon booking and cannot be modified unless done so through Booking.com. A $30.00 cancellation fee is charged for any cancellations.

-Occupancy is limited to 2 people per room unless otherwise arranged by phone or email directly with the Inn.
-Children 8 or over are welcome by prior arrangement and only in certain rooms which can accommodate 3 persons.
-Travel Insurance: We realize that cancellations are often beyond your personal control. For this reason, we recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind. The Village Inn of Woodstock will be happy to supply your travel insurance company with any needed documentation regarding our policy and about your reservation. -Smoking Policy: We are a non-smoking inn. If you would like to smoke on the front porch or in the garden, we will be happy to provide you with an ashtray. Smoking inside the Inn is prohibited and an additional cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged.
